Build your very own box

We sell the Rockebilly Box here as a complete kit so that everyone can put together a box. If you don't like the design or would just like to build your own in your own design, you can also simply buy the inner workings here. The software, 3D printing materials and assembly instructions are free.

Software

SD card image

You can use the Raspberry Pi Imager to flash the image onto a MicroSD card and insert it into a Raspberry Pi 4.

You can download it here:

SD-Card Image (.zip) - 3.8 GB

It is based on the AOSP build by KonstaKANG .

We removed a few apps from it, installed the Rockebilly Android app and created our own boot animation. We also adjusted the boot configuration so that all parts (display, buttons, etc.) work as intended.

Rockebilly Android App

You just need the Android app? Maybe you have an old Android tablet lying around and want to turn it into a Rockebilly app. Then you just need the app.

You can find the latest version at https://www.rockebilly.com/apps

Boot animation

We have our own boot animation. If you want to create your own, you can find ours here as a template.
